Yeah they definitely are.

We’re longer. They might be more athletic but it’s not a massive difference. You did see us play against Florida, who is far longer than Houston and very athletic, right? Auburn, Bama. Houston isn’t worlds better than those teams. We just didn’t show up.

Z is awesome but he’s not gonna get in the lane on this team. Make passes or hit open 3s. That’s all he can do and needs to be reminded of that. He can still play with that chip on his shoulder without forcing dumb stuff

Igor had 13 points and 18 rebounds in the SEC opener against Arky. Hard to believe that's the same player. He's been a non factor this entire tourney and pretty much the last couple of weeks before . A big zero at the half.

If we want to try a massive comeback (improbable) but we would have to keep shooting the 3s and hit at> 50%. If we want to keep it respectable work the shot clock for 2s against the best D team in the NCAA. If we go for the comeback and fail miserably could be an epic blowout. Bad position to be in.

Their D is keeping us from the paint and making us shoot 3's, which we suck at. And we're get killed on the board's. Houston deserve's all the praise they are getting, it's been belt to ass from the jump.

I agree. We can’t get into the lane and don’t have a post who can score if we throw it in there.
We are playing solid D (they have made at least 5 tough,contested shots) BUT we can’t get the rebound to end it. They have 11 second chance points
We have to hit 40% from 3, flip the 2nd chance points, and shoot 20 free throws this half. Which is unlikely since they have swallowed the whistle just like the Lady Vols game. Getting pushed around and held while we are running curls

One of those days . That’s elite teams are “elite” b/c they play well on biggest stage.

We just can’t get there as a program w baseball being exception. So frustrating! I thought this was the yr.

And it’s sad b/c we’ll will take a big step back for the yrs to come imo.
