President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

So a bit off to the side but given who this guy is how is it he ended up getting taggged in? Who in that group would even have Goldberg on their account? Of all people wouldn't having that guy just happening to pop up in their group chat be like, IDK, suddenly having your wife's ex pop up in a group text she sent you?
He's well connected in Israel so he's probably a useful contact for things going on around there.

Whether it was formally classified or not, it was clearly sensitive information. Details concerning a pending military operation should obviously not be revealed to the public. That's basically what you're doing when you give information to a journalist. The White House is trying to assert a post-facto defense .... that sensitive material had been declassified, but they are doing so AFTER it had already been revealed. That is a ridiculous defense to the mishandling of information.

What lies has Jeffrey Goldberg been caught telling? Be specific. Don't just say, "He works for The Atlantic, therefore, he lies." Give a specific example of a lie he has told.

Who has told Goldberg to release the whole text? When did he refuse?

Up until there was (if there was) detailed strike information discussed nothing in that chat was compromising to the strike. We’ve been randomly hitting the Houthis for a while now, even when Biden occupied the WH so were they wrong discussing what they discussed on that platform? 100% and some heads should roll but until there is proof of actual operation details being transmitted nothing was compromised.

Like I've said .... Goldberg says that Hegseth did disclose details of the operation in the chat. I'm assuming that Goldberg is telling the truth.

I’m assuming that he’s lying (again). It would be too easy for him to prove he’s telling the truth so why doesn’t he?

Then why couldn't/wouldn't she discuss what was said? If it wasn't classified, why isn't she at liberty to discuss the content of the chat in specific details? As Sen. Mark Warner said to her, "You can't have it both ways."
Because he’s not part of the group chat. Group chat code.

I guess .... but I have posted a lot of links from The Atlantic on here. It's a good place to look when you want to spread dirt on Trump. You will never read anything remotely positive about Donald Trump on The Atlantic. After Trump was shot in the ear, they even speculated that his ear had been cut by glass fragments. Goldberg is more than just a reporter. He is their editor.

The only time you will ever read anything positive about any Republican at all on The Atlantic is when they are being critical of Donald Trump, like Liz Cheney.

I just can't imagine being in Trump's cabinet and having Jeffrey Goldberg as a contact for anything. That's what makes this one of the more bizarre political stories I've come across in a while. How the hell did THIS guy get in such a sensitive discussion? Weird.

Good points.

So what?

Again, the fact he doesn't like the administration makes his appearance in the thread that much worse.
