Trump Ignores the Courts

I’ll believe they have the backbone to do so when I actually see a vote. Republicans are big on talk, invisible on action
The Democrats stand together right or wrong. The Republicans don't. That's why they haven't ground the Dems into dust. That's why they never will.

America cannot legally deport those here illegally without going through the courts?

as a variation of the phrase i shared earlier, what about this as a standard? You're too idealistic to be realistic.
If not courts, who decides guilt or innocence?

Why is it not realistic to handle deportations like we've always handled them? I don't understand that part.

The other part I truly do not understand is why a prison camp in El Salvador? There is nothing too high-minded or heavenly about opposing that. There is a need to deport people. There is no need to send them into forced labor where they get treated like dogs.

Why El Salvador? On the surface it looks like a Bidenesque kickback scheme. I'd like to see a good report on how we ended up with that particular solution.

"Looney left judges" is a product of the Trump effect. A "Looney" left judge is basically any judge that rules against the self anointed KING
No. A looney leftist judge is a judge that ignores the law and instead rules based on his or her personal political beliefs. Our judicial system is infested with them.

So Trump is following the law all the time? Your post is indicative of someone who believes all of Trump's EOs are constitutionally allowed. Thanks for making my point if that is the case. What about the Republican and Trump appointed judges who rule against him? Do you have a problem with Roberts too?

Give them fair hearings on their immigration / asylum applications or lack thereof. If they meet the criteria to stay legally they stay. If not then they win a trip home.
If all the i's have been dotted and all of the t's have been crossed and they are properly subject to deportation, as a practical matter how do we return them to their home if their home refuses to accept them?

Seek treatment for your TDS. I never once mentioned Trump. Leftist judicial activism has been out of control for many decades - long before Trump. Trump is clearly living rent-free in your head though.

Thanks!

Sure, there's always been activist judges on both sides of the aisle. We've seen conservative activist judges rulings in Red states for decades too. Many of them in the last decade. Do you believe the President has authority over the Supreme Court and Congress?

Their home will accept them per the news.
