President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

You lectured else Wade wouldn't be fired. Was he?
The issue was about whether he would sue, iirc. I said pearl would sue if they went after him because antitrust is triple damages, but Wade's contract was almost up...not much remaining....so suing didn't make sense. I said at that stage the ncaa was just going after low hanging fruit...People that were indicted.

As far as this...I don't have enough facts to say what it is....it could be a problem as far as classified security, operational security (less serious) and proper record retention under law....but I haven't seen the conversation.

Dude, you keep saying this. It's all over Twitter.. quit being lazy and go find it on your own. You add no value to this conversation until then.
I don't have a twitter account. Lol. Even the articles I posted don't have it.

You added nothing to the conversation.

Below is all I can find

Trump national security team messaged plans for Yemen strikes to Atlantic editor in chief in stunning breach

It's not good in any event whether it's classified or not but I would like to see the actual thread. Why not post the whole thread?

If this is the bad stuff than it's at most a records retention issue at most...but if it's the cabinet than not sure even record retention is required?

Doesn't matter in the end, no one will be held accountable. No one will be investigated. No one will be fired. No one will resign. It's less than 90 days into the new administration, and Trump would not be able to stand the embarrassment of having someone as highly placed as these folks were forced out or actually disciplined because to do so would be to admit that he is a poor judge of qualified personnel.

Can you post the conversation?

May as well just go ahead and do a preemptive pardon.

Disagree. Likely that Mike Waltz takes the bullet here.

There’s just no way there isn’t some form of fallout here. Deservedly so.

Finally able to get to the whole article where he claims details of the operation but wont publish it. I would say IF true it's likely this would normally would be classified as confidential or secret...unlikely to be classified as unclassified or ts. The agency head though has the ultimate role in the classification of said info see EO. At minimum it's opsec info, but signal is fine for that....just not classified.

I am unsure who all was included, but if it was just cabinet members...not sure they have to follow retention in that capacity for records. If so signal would be fine in that case.

Sloppy for sure but agency head has the ability to make classification determinations in which they are the origin of the classification, generally speaking. I had my popcorn ready for shock and awe in 2003 live on TV. The 1991 version wasn't publicized like baby Bush but CNN figured it out.

Trying to deport lawful residents for political reasons. It's a banana republic. She's been here almost her whole life. HS valedictorian. But she exercised free speech which isn't actually free, turns out.

Where are the fakeass free speech warriors today?

I actually think it should be stricter entry requirements, no mass protest at all and no campaigning for candidates...application should be treated more as a breach of contract.

To me if they want to enter the political arena they should do it at home.

I hope she can transfer her credits.

You would think that, but then again you're a commie Stalin fellow traveler.

She wasn’t arrested for “speech”. We’ve yet to see one deported for “speech”

Where is it at, I haven't seen it. Jesus. I have no idea if its classified or classified at the time they were writing it. I have not claimed anything either way.
🤷‍♂️

That was really not a good look for him or a secdef. Just appeared weak and didn't truly acknowledge what's actually going on in Yemen.

Hopefully a wake up call to government employees using phones for this type of activity assuming it's true. I haven't seen anything wrong with what has been posted so far.
