I almost feel sorry for our fans that just refuse to believe that the TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS are the most hated team in college athletics and we get the short end of the stick every time.

It's the NCAA, the SEC, the media, the CFP committee, the officiating crews, the other teams fans, the other teams players, and the awards voters. It's literally us against the world.

And

Nobody, in a high position, is going to help us. We have to do like bama, tOSU, georgia, ect, and get TN reps/people on these committees, officiating crews, in the media, and on these "talking heads" shows. UT needs more representation in places that matter.

I'm very proud to be a TENNESSEE VOLUNTEER fan and I hope we start getting the respect we've earned in the future. I hate there's bias in college sports/athletics but as a University, we've paid more than our fair share of dues..... not only to this conference, but also to the NCAA. Sankey and the NCAA need to level the playing field and get their thumbs off us.

Auburn is 1-4 in the last 11 days....

They ain't gonna be the #1 overall seed anymore...

Edit: Vols also had a 1-4 span from Jan 18 - Jan 28. A lot of people, Vol fans included, have completely written us off because of that one span of games. I expect the same rhetoric about Auburn now.

If that was us having that span this late in the season, they would drop us to a 2 seed no doubt.

Worst part of winning today...

A Rick Barnes team once again gets to learn what happens on Saturday and Sunday makes zero difference to the committee. Once we beat Texas, our spot as a 2 was carved in stone. Which is silly. That was one the hardest games both teams have played on the neutral court. Not only should it matter, it should matter more than any regular season game. But because the committee doesn't want to stay up late tonight reorganizing their bracket, we get to act like it never happened.

Whoever we play tomorrow, if we win, we would have better head to head but the committee gonna committee.
