I'd be willing to bet almost anything that the vast majority of ALL athletes......In every sport....... were "juicing" during this timeframe. I mean, my sons HS football team was taking Creatine.

Well we KNOW he did it to a scientific level…hence the BALCO scandal that felled Marion Jones career. Prevailing point is that at an age when his performance should have been coming back to the pack, he more than doubled his power production. Borderline HOF talents (at least first ballot) like McGwire and Sosa disqualified themselves by their choices…so did Bonds. At least until a generation of HOF voters with values dies out.

Pretty sad that you have the attitude oh well because some other guys cheated donut was ok for Bonds. lol. Give me a break.

Where do we draw the line on cheating? Babe Ruth tried sheep testosterone to give him an edge. Numerous players including Aaron tried Greenies bc they believed it helped their focus/hand-eye coordination. A form of steroids was rampant in MLB in the late 60’s/early 70’s according to pitcher Tom House. Pitchers have doctored baseballs since the beginning or time. We had the sticky stuff scandal not too awful long ago. Many players have been caught with doctored bats. Astros stealing signs and the list goes on and on.
