War in Ukraine

Trump is a weak president. Everything he has done to date reinforces his projection of weakness on the international stage. He is incapable of leading this country against Russia, China, North Korea and Iran. Trump can't stand up to them.

In contrast, he can stand up to our "weaker" allies and his domestic opponents.

We are $ 26 Trillion in Debt you dumb ass. We don't have the money. You want to help Ukraine, start a GoFundMe like I said. You won't put your money where your mouth is though coward. Heck, you start one and I will donate to it. Post link on here. Back your statements up.

Ukraine was a part of Russia for 500 years prior to 1991, why should I care about Russia taken back part of its nation?
The government that is in debt, mostly to US citizens, makes the money.
We literally have as much money as we decide to print.

You can argue that we should control debt to a % of GDP, but citizens are literally making money off of the government borrowing money from them. The weapons? Built here. We're stimulating the economy and destabilizing Russia...well, we were until Trump came in to cuck to Putin.

The US was Britain. You gonna celebrate Independence Day or are you cool heading back into the fold of the King?

LOL

The govt printing money devalues the money you already have so no, you're not making money off of govt debt.

What do you propose in particular?

How has anything Trump has done regarding Russia been strong? His "offer" to negotiate a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine was not strong. Trump's offer to reduce sanctions against Russia is not strong. His undermining of Ukraine is not strong. His request that Russia mediate with Iran is not strong.

People claim he is a great deal maker, so far he has been weak. The positions he takes show weakness. The actions he has taken are weak.

What three things he has done towards Russia that are strong?

Does Trump attempting to negotiate peace seem "weak" to you?

how is inflation hitting you? Enjoying it?

the germans did what you are proposing, didn't work out too well for them. most would argue it created a much worse future than just not printing more money would.

That's my thinking, a long protracted guerilla war. Keep sending dead Russians home to their wives and mommas until they have had enough.
Problem is, they don't have the caves to hide in. Resistance is hard with the digital eaves dropping that can occur. I think the only way is if they are able to carry out terroist style attacks within Russia, with frequency.

Yeah but they look alike and I bet most speak Russian. They can hide in plain sight.

What do you want to happen, specially, say a 3-5 bullets?

Trump has sledgehammered Zelensky; it’s time to put it to Putin

“’Sign, sign, sign,” was the Trump administration chorus up to Zelensky’s White House visit a week ago, Zelensky’s team told me. American pressure is said to have included a threat to reveal alleged official corruption. I’m told that the White House even reached out to Zelensky’s top political rival, Gen. Valerii Zaluzhnyi, a former army commander who is now ambassador to Britain. The public crescendo of this campaign was Trump’s harangue in the Oval Office.

Basically, starting to get into the land of what I was speaking about as far as what has really been going on in the Ukraine.

There is nowhere to hide, the line pushes them. You're not going to have 10s of thousands or 100s of thousands soldiers. Russia doesn't want these people, you push them to Poland.

There have been terrorist attacks, but you would need it on a massive scale to have any real impact to the war. Its more or less immaterial.

I'm just saying that if they want to make the Russian people to force Putin out they need to apply pressure to them directly. If you are fighting to the death why stay in your own yard.

Because it will probably have the opposite impact - convince the people that the government was right and they need more space. But at the end of the day it would have to be massive in scale to really even matter at all.

There is no backwards in this for the Russians, they know it. They're ALL IN whether they wanted to be at the beginning or not.

Well if they can't win on the battle field, make it as painful as possible.

Once Russia invaded Ukraine and took the war to areas that impacted civilian populations, I fail to see how any response by Ukraine within the boundaries of Russian can be categorized as “terrorist.”

It is war. If Ukraine feels they have the best chance of winning by bombing the hell out of Russian cities, that is what they should do. Doesn’t make them terrorists, it makes them a country serious about winning a war.

Uh-oh, do I have to turn in my MAGA card (again!)?
