I didn't think Trump was going to wait weeks for a signed deal, but its just bait.... Friday.

So, if true, he signs the deal, within a few weeks the Europeans have to have a peace deal but not sure they are talking to the Russians. I'm assuming if the Europeans don't have a agreeable deal with the Russians than Trump will have to re-enter and go to phase 2. If the U.S., Europe and the Russians are agreeable to a solution and the Ukraine is the hold up, well, back to the UN. I don;t think Trump cares what the deal is, he just wants the killing to stop. If that little Jester doesn't sign the deal, I would expect the U.S. to go straight back into the UN by next week and it won't be pretty. Trump is saying what he wants i.e. war to end and get moving getting it done.

Will some of yall just quit trying to make excuses for Russia? It's ridiculous even if you have a point.

Now with that said, I stick with my original argument. I think the reason why Ukraine, Europe and the US are in this mess is because of the clown show in the White House from Jan 2021 - Jan 2025.

Weakness invites aggression. I also think there is some funny money being passed.

Nobody is making excuses for Russia, if it were me I would not have been so nice to everyone involved.

If I were Russian, I would tell you to eat me as you caused this mess.

That is really what your government is saying now... without getting into details. War is not pretty...maybe a lesson to learn but this country never seems to learn.

For record, I think all of that is immaterial at this stage...not much we can do about the damaged caused. It time we move on to getting out of this mess.

it will all come down to the actual details.

The Dems will hold up the impossible standard of unless Ukraine gets back all its territory, Russia pays for all the repairs in Ukraine, and Putin has to do the Game of Thrones walk of Shame across all of Ukraine before being deposed its a failure. and the Maga fan club would hold up Russia gaining more territory than they currently hold, Ukraine pays Russia and the US, and Zelensky has to do the walk of shame to Moscow where he gets shot as a win.

the truth and the details will always be somewhere in the middle.

There is no peace or security deal, this is simply the mineral/asset rights agreement which was first drafted last summer which is probably worth about ten dollars. Supposedly the Europeans are on the clock (two more weeks) to come up with a peace/security deal which the U.S. is generally saying they are not providing security, the Finnish have described it as Ukraine's surrender. The Mad Jester, if he becomes a problem or is uncooperative/unproductive will be Trump's to handle. Its generally between the Europeans and Russians to figure out.

Everyone was all in on the Ukraine, Trump is simply exposing the Truth i.e. evil and fraud. Europeans are not liking it, but they have no choice i.e. the Truth is not on their side and Trump has it. Which is why in the UN on Monday they supported one thing in general assembly, and than did a 180 in the security council a few minutes later.

They're all going to be mad at Trump because of the Truth, and I thought everyone all of sudden wanted transparency. They really don't.

He is right as far as getting your funds returned or a ROI pov, and stability. Not sure what weapon systems they would want from the U.S. Unless they can make artillery shells not sure what they would buy. The whole "rare earth minerals" is pretty silly on the surface, the control of ports, gas/oil, transit systems, etc maybe not so much but its hard to envision anyone making much back, but who knows.



Trump probably spoke too much in their cabinet meeting as far as the Ukraine, but only the Orange Man really knows what he saying until later... If he doesn't walk away, than he will own this mess. Although, funds have been cut off, it appears equipment is still flowing to a degree (in transit) to the Ukraine so I would expect them to have enough for a bit.

We'll probably have to see in the next few weeks what the Orange man is intending here.

Update: Apparently the JR quote in the tweet is AI generated 🤷‍♂️, AI or not, its probably correct. I don't think it worked as intended. 😂
