I remember one Supreme Court case which was for emergency action, and I think it was Kav that said something like we have already ruled on these issues and they're not following it... but there are tools that can be used. (it was kind of vague but maybe I can find it, I think it was a guns case)

Basically, what the Supreme Court was saying is, we already did our job, the rest of government needs to do its job i.e. impeachment if necessary if judges are not following the law and its the same ones over and over.
