Bama and Georgia have had success with powerful big fast running backs in the last 10 years. Derrick Henry, Chubb and Sony Michael just to name a few. Scat backs alone won’t get it done. I like our running backs but I would ever shy away from getting the best. And yes running backs are important, you can’t be average speed and you have to be durable. We need all the fast powerful backs we can find. Strong runners like the dude from Arizona St, like the runner from Michigan the year before last. Like Missouri running back that we couldn’t tackle the year before last. I loved garner and Stephens at UT too, but runners like Jamal Lewis, Travis Henry are the types you need as well. GBO

JMO, but Henry is such a physical freak that it’s not fair to include him in any RB comparison discussion. I can’t think of another RB ever with his combination of size and speed - simply a one off freak of nature. Bo Jackson would be the closest yet Henry is still 3-4” taller.
