I've been lurking a little bit bud just have been so busy with work and trying to get stuff done around the house as well as kind of decided to try and get in better shape and have been running when I have time.........needed to lose some weight. I'm down about 25 lbs and feel tons better. None of us are getting any younger and 48 was feeling like 68. Had to make some changes.
