As they dis everything to end him and his last elected term. And while they do everything to stop him completing the mandate he was voted in to do.

It occurred to me that the Dems are mentioning their having to fight all the harder since they "lost power".

Is it right to think of it as "power"? Should they think that they lost power in the election, or redirect thought that the people/democracy GAINED via the election?
