Looks like Gen Z is finally right about something. Never understood the hype around alcohol. Tastes like absolute crap. Makes you feel awful afterwards. Unhealthy. The momentary buzz is not worth it. It's possible to have a good time without poisoning yourself.

Looks like Gen Z is finally right about something. Never understood the hype around alcohol. Tastes like absolute crap. Makes you feel awful afterwards. Unhealthy. The momentary buzz is not worth it. It's possible to have a good time without poisoning yourself.

While I agree with your stance. People have been making and drinking wine/mead for thousands of years. It is heavy with antioxidants. In moderation, and only in moderation is it remotely 'healthy'.

Alcohol is a depressant. Do what you will with it. It is addictive, and can effect your day-to-day mood, regulation, and have long lasting negative effects. Abusing anything, fast food, marijuana, even yes. Water.
