So fans aren't going to come to big games because they're scared we'll be mediocre?
The point of the guys tweet, which I agree with, is that we pay good money to nil, “donations”, talent fees, and the rising ticket prices. So when we do that and we see a turd laid out on the field/court, we get upset and have a right to be upset. I think a lot of people have taken my previous posts out of context. But that’s the point I was trying to make, we have a right to be upset with loses and celebrate the wins as well because we are more financially tied to the game than ever

Happy Thursday fam,

February 13, 2025: You are faced with unusual circumstances that could overwhelm you. This is a time to find a place of peace in your soul and put your trust in God's ability to be your very present help in trouble. Be quiet and listen for God's still small voice to lead you in the way you should go. Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Yes, let's suggest extreme solutions. If we also have Security Guards shoot people running on to the field, that will also stop it right there.
Maybe if they shoot the bama players who hit co-eds, that would stop too.

I am fine it it’s a rubber bullet or a ketamine dart. 😎

I think there was more he was suggesting in that post than what you got out of it. He mentioned blind loyalty, suggesting fans are dumb for paying for it along with suggesting UT fans pay more than everyone else. Reasonable fans know that losses will happen. Reasonable fans don’t have knee jerk reactions after a single loss and can see the big picture. Bringing up ticket prices when the basketball team is 20-5 and been ranked top 10 ALL year is kind of absurd to me.

I can agree to that.

exotic pet ownership. Convince me good or bad idea. If you could have a pet anything, what would it be?

I’d probably go with a jaguar. Or a bama fan.
I've accrued quite the collection of exotic animals through my illegal gambling ventures with a bookie in the south pacific.

My favorite is a colugo I've trained to deliver termination letters to the homes of potentially disgruntled employees. . .

Cool story time………

In college, I told some guys on our basketball team they could come to our room and play video games and hang out while we were at golf practice or at a golf tournament on occasions…….we had lost our key and I told them they could open the locked door by pushing open the window….

It started to get a little more often than I wanted, so I bought a Tarantula and set the cage on top of the TV……..

That was the end of them coming over when I wasn’t there….named her Apollonia

:)

i had an albino king snake in college. one night while fairly high I had the snake around my neck as we would sometimes hang out that way. Unfortunately I was staring into the fridge too long and "Pink" did not appreciate the cold air and prceeded to sink his fangs into my neck. Pink went flying across the room and we didn't see him for a couple of weeks. He was ok once we did. A fresh mouse got him back in his house but he was rehomed soon after.
