The newly-minted "no more forever wars" party is fine with sending American troops to die in foreign lands as long as it's Trump sending them, and doubly so if the deployment involves Israel.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that his country has only received around $76 billion in aid from the United States despite America authorising around $175 billion to support the war-torn country.

In an interview with the Associated Press published over the weekend, President Zelensky said he doesn’t know where most of the money the United States allocated under the Biden administration to Ukraine has gone.

“When I hear – both in the past and even now – from the U.S. that America has provided Ukraine with hundreds of billions, as the president of a nation at war, I can tell you – we’ve received more than $75 billion,” he said. “We’re talking about tangible things because this aid didn’t come as cash but rather as weapons, which amounted to about $70 billion.”

I think this is overblown. Most aid appropriations involved reorders for US stocks to replace those sent, and those replacement munitions are more costly.

That said, Z should know better to make such remarks as it sounds ungrateful.

As long as he can limit or stop U.S. funding than that is all the plan as an American I need. I don't necessarily disagree with him if he is implying this probably won't work out for the Ukraine. Yeah, I'm not sure anyone has a plan to help there.

Great Video about Kalingrad. He also destroys the argument about Ukraine war being about NATO by pointing out how Russia has abandoned is territories in the North along NATO borders. If Russia was afraid of NATO attack, they wouldn't have pulled these forces out of Kalingrad and the Finland border.
