I'm a big time Five Guys supporter...and honestly their prices is the only downside IMO.

But Freddy's, especially if ya like smashburgers is pretty damn hard to beat. The fries with a fork and plenty of fry sauce are also great!

So far the only burger spot I've had where I felt like "overhyped" was Shake Shack. Still a good burger but for what they charge and what you get...
Freddy's burger can compete with Five Guys for sure. But the fries are not in the same tier as Five Guys, though you're right, with the fry sauce and some utensils they can be good.

But I'd put the Freddy's burger right up there with Five Guys. And Freddy's is cheaper than a McDonalds quarter pounder lol. McDonalds has lost their minds.

**** I just got the value burgers. Those are better anyways.

Sitting here crying like a baby, I didn’t understand why for a minute. Then it hit me, I’ve been bottling up my feelings for a couple of weeks.
I haven’t said anything on here because people have their own problems and don’t need me piling on.
Our 13yo grandson tried to commit suicide, praise the Lord he’s ok🙏🏻 We’ve had him stay with us a couple of days and he‘s now getting professional help but it took us all by surprise.
Please pray for our family and especially Levi🙏🏻
Best wishes for you, your grandson, and your whole family.

Someone said last night that Kim Caldwell was on Scott Van Pelt/Sportscenter. If anyone has video or a link to that, I'd appreciate it.
Couldn't find it online. I thought Freak might post it. It was similar to the one with Holly so you did not miss much. She said the fans likely counted for 15 pts. That she was proud of the players. SVP said women are super human referring to recent birth and coaching. It was nice but you didn't miss too much.

If you're talking local burgers, nobody beats Litton's.

I don't think I'd say they're my personal number 1...but also I can't argue with anyone that says they're the best either.

Oak Ridge's Jefferson Soda Fountain is pretty high on my list, just a fresh made quality griddle top burger but man every time they taste great.

Stock and Barrel is also pretty hard to beat.

It shouldnt be pricy but some stores mark it up heavy since they know people will pay for it. If it’s under $100, I think it’s a buy all day
Cheapest I’ve seen is $67, but there’s a liquor chain that offers veteran discounts, so it’s on my drive home agenda in two weeks.

February 7, 1812 (Reelfoot Lake is formed)

From December 16, 1811 through March of 1812 there were over 2,000 earthquakes in the central Midwest, and between 6,000-10,000 earthquakes in the Bootheel of Missouri where New Madrid is located near the junction of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers.

In the known history of the world, no other earthquakes have lasted so long or produced so much evidence of damage as the New Madrid earthquakes. Three of the earthquakes are on the list of America's top earthquakes: the first one on December 16, 1811, a magnitude of 8.1 on the Richter scale; the second on January 23, 1812, at 7.8; and the third on February 7, 1812, at as much as 8.8 magnitude.
After the February 7 earthquake, boatmen reported that the Mississippi actually ran backwards for several hours. The force of the land upheaval 15 miles south of New Madrid created Reelfoot Lake, drowned the inhabitants of an Indian village; turned the river against itself to flow backwards; devastated thousands of acres of virgin forest; and created two temporary waterfalls in the Mississippi. Boatmen on flatboats actually survived this experience and lived to tell the tale.

Only natural lake in TN. If you have kids, I think Discovery Park in Union City is pretty cool. It's not a short trip for us. We have been a couple of times, and they have an earthquake room that shakes with a video about the history of Reelfoot.
