USAID may be the biggest scandal in American History.

How many Trillion will they find?

What will we find out??

Probably that Medicare was being billed for operating procedures for pregnant men in some village deep in the Amazon rainforest. $1.2 million a pop. That’s of course after the $1.9 million that was spent the previous year educating the village people that men can get pregnant.

Their illegal status is proof that they do not accept the jurisdiction, they have to accept it which is why they talk about people that have renounced. None of this would need to be spoke about if someone had 100% citizenship at birth. They even speak about the parents renouncing for the child as legal protector.
so by this logic children of citizen criminals are not citizens because their parents are also not "accepting" the jurisdiction of the US.

there are very few carve outs, in the US, and the rest of the world, where your physical location doesn't determine the jurisdiction you fall under.

breaking a law doesn't mean you aren't under the relevant jurisdiction. you are, you just broke one of their laws. if they weren't under our jurisdiction it would be impossible to call them illegals, because they wouldn't be under our jurisdiction to be called illegals.

No, they do not accept jurisdiction. Acceptance of the jurisdiction would be getting legal status, and not renouncing. Parents that bring their child to another country as a citizen there is renouncing for their child, imo.
the Wong parents were illegals, overstayed their visa. IIRC.

You do realize most of the money is untraceable. It's been laundered through multiple layers. For instance the millions of dollars spent through the BBC for journalism development........ That didn't require millions, especially in 3rd world countries. A fraction of that went where it was supposed to go..... The rest into the ether....... Just as likely funded oppositional terrorism or arming/training armies with light arms.
I'm aware. So is Trump. Hence we are where we are, and the Dems are dancing their dance that got them voted out. In all fairness, the state of USAID at this point is bi-partisan corruption. The war machine and the corruption it breeds has no political boundary. If one were to be honest, Trump is neither Dem nor GOP. But, other than this mornings Gaza proposal's I'm OK with the upheaval he is causing. It's a necessary set back to advancement for the country. No one president would be able to do this without fierce opposition. Too many to be exposed with their hand in the cookie jar. Just like JFK was apparently doing.

With the white-hot light of accountability firmly on USAID, more and more details are coming out about what your taxpayer money was being spent on. From transgender comic books to promoting Moroccan pottery classes, to propagandizing Sri Lankan journalists on the supposed evils of "gender-binary" language, the level of waste and corruption is hard to fathom.

Things are about to get much worse, though, so buckle up. According to recently revealed records, left-leaning news outlet Politico received over thirty-four million dollars from USAID and other government agencies. That money went to pay for "subscriptions" for various bureaucratic officials, including "pro" subscriptions that add up to over $10,000 a pop.

I wouldn't say that they are exclusively a tool of the administration. There's probably a ton of things they fund with our dollars that neither congress or the sitting administration are aware of.
That would be the area of USAID that is propelled by the other letter agencies.

I think you're mixing reading comprehension with assumed knowledge of intent because it clearly says anyone born here and not a child of parents with diplomatic immunity gets citizenship. We need to clarify the issue by means of another Amendment.
I was reading and referring to the 1866 version that was ratified in 1968. The one written for a specific purpose. Not the one's updated to circumvent illegal entry. Not any abominated version since. There was no diplomatic immunity in 1868. The original 14th in no way, shape, or form contained language that allowed for illegal entry in order to facilitate a birthright citizen.

However, I am of the opinion that you have to couple the 14th with immigration laws on the books to review and award birthright citizenry. A person crossing the border illegally, hence a criminal, should not be granted rights to birth US citizens. However, I would not object to permanent, card holding, resident aliens having that right protected.

You think they work independently on subverting governments?
Well, you have the "administration" which is the public eye government. Then you have the letter boys. One provides the other with plausible deniability.

I agree it's 100% bipartisan corruption. I don't trust either of them. I had hoped Trump would do more to buck the establishment the first go around and not do and say such stupid things.

And yes the Gaza proposal is riddled with landmines. No way that works out well. But maybe floating that proposal is just the means to some other end......I certainly hope so.

Not so fast my friend. Seems the USAID was created by JFK by EO
To be more specific, Congress passed the Foreign Assistance Act that mandated the creation of an agency to administer economic aid.

The specific agency itself, USAID, was created by EO by JFK to organize several other assistance programs under one umbrella.

Some likely loopholes that Trump is using to attack USAID. It was created by EO, not Congress. It does not get funded directly by Congress. USAID administers what is funded into the Foreign Assistance Act programs. Congress only authorizes USAID programs that are in the Foreign Assistance Act. Congress has no adminstative rule or legal control over USAID. It operates under the guidance of POTUS, Secretary of State, and NSC. So , there's your direct connection to all the corruption in, and metted out by USAID.

Legally, it looks like Trump can pretty much flog these folks in downtown Frisco with no constitutional repurcussions. I'm thinking he may have already known that. It's embarassing that all these liberal congressional leaders screaming on TV don't know the basics of the governmental structure. They are only there to go from barmaid to millionaire.

diplomatic immunity has been a thing in this country since 1790. that predates this amendment by a good bit. we replaced that 1790 law in 1978, but it was still very much a thing before then.

can you point out the "updates" since the 1866 version? all I have seen doesn't have any change in the language or punctuation.

It's just tactics. The man is genius in most regards. Which is truly why he has trouble controlling the kidlike destructive side of his personality. He's aiming for Mars and will get the moon. Which is where he really wants to land. Gets everyone acting like they are today on TV, and when he goes in for the kill no one will even think Oh Sh**! He plays them over and over so often it's not really fair. There likely will be another settlement on Gaza that they all really were aiming for. The retarted libs will just think they negotiated a better ending.
