I'm talking about the GOP and conservative sphere just straight up ignoring it and hand-waving it away, when you know that would not be the case if the roles were reversed.

My favorite kind of attack:

A poster who constantly spews nonsense (44 posts since yesterday evening if my count is correct) calling out a mod of 19 years for posting before/after work or occasionally at lunch if the patient load isn't too extreme.

@swampfoxfan : Outside of running my own office, I also chair my area hospital's pediatric department, oversee the local advocacy center for abused children, and was an instrumental part of returning Knox county children to in-person learning during the CV19 debacle. What exactly do you contribute to the community that gives you the right to insult me?
