People need to realize many players never develop to this level of play and every team has them. As coaches you see the talent in HS you think it will get better with Training Program but some kids just don't have it. It's even like this in everyday jobs. Some excel some are very good some just average. In CHRIST AloneAgreed. Sour grapes from players who can't get on the field. I was disappointed with the development. We need to see a Hyatt type breakout player again. This is a crucial year for us to see development at the position.
Not every player develops but you can't go 3 years in a row with below average output at the position.People need to realize many players never develop to this level of play and every team has them. Supposed to “break the tie” between GM and HC.Chad Brinker (President of Football Ops) seems to have a lot of the duties normally associated with a GM. No one’s really sure if he will relinquish those to the new guy or if the new guy will just have a diminished role.
We didn't set woods on fire sure but we were not below average. Had our QB's hit half of the over throws no body would be questioning Pope. He is a good teacher on practice field injuries really hurt us this year and yes some of depth just didn't develop like coaches hoped. It happens.
