Can get immediate contributors and fill in deficits much more quicker and effectively.

Its hard for me to say the defense when they are the main reason we are 10-2. The defense has bailed out the offense sooo much this year. If our defense was average this year, we would be 7-5 at best

Heup needs to upgrade position coaches and recruit better players.
