I am conflicted on this one. I want Clemson to lose to further the demise of that program and the ACC. But I hate the steers.

TX probably wins by a couple of TDs.
Yeah, that doesn’t really further that part.

If Clemson wins this game (that they backed into), they get the next one in Atlanta, which would be like a home game.
Swinney is the luckiest guy alive.
Hook ‘em, Horns!!!

This is how I’m feeling as well.

Skateboo will only have to run for about 200 for them to have a shot.

They'll still get blown out. The biggest joke about the expanded playoff is that it will be like March Madness, with some big upsets. CFB is a completely different animal than CBB - you can get on a run in March Madness with a unique scheme or riding a hot shooter, but in CFB it is talent, size, and depth that win, period. And aside from the SEC and a handful of teams in the Big 10 and ACC, that high level talent and depth of talent just doesn't exist. The best players are going to the best programs, even if they have to sit for a year.

You should prepare yourself for further expansion. It might stop at 20. We’ll see.

Oh, I have no doubt it will be at 24 before long. Why limit it, let's play right up to when March Madness starts so there's no lag.

As long as the networks will keep ponying up more, they'll keep adding teams.

#9 for Clemson played LL with my son. He was an unbelievable athlete at age 12, and looked like he was a grown man. Father played in college as well.
From what I remember they were good people. Jake played at Ensworth or MBA, I can’t remember.

Clemson looked good on that set if plays
They were very patient and got downfield in small chunks

We should all be going for Clemson. If we get through tonight and the Rose Bowl, I’d much rather be playing Clemson or Arizona State in Dallas than Texas.
