I'd like to see what the '97 or '98 team would do against today's teams. I'm fairly certain they'd easily be undefeated so far.

I agree. 97, 98, and 01 were some of the most talented teams I've ever seen play. Probably give 97 the edge. They would be killing folks today if half the defense could play, pretty sure we'd lose our starting linebackers for targeting every single game.
