2024 Presidential Race

I understand and get the whole incest/rape reasons, but that is rare.

To me liberal women/feminists want to be able to use it as a contraceptive. Instead of it being a rare procedure they want it to be able to have them at will. Some would like to be able to have these procedures up to or even after the birth of the baby.

It baffles me how they have been able to convince large amounts of women in this country albeit with help from the liberal media that it's a "women's health" issue making it sound like it's diabetes or heart disease.
^^^THIS^^^ all day

Trump just pulled even in RCP Composite National Poll and is up 20% on the RCP betting board.

As I mentioned in July (during the Biden smack down) they're going to have to come up with a new gag or two. My bet remains Orange will not take office. It never made sense to replace Dementia Joe with her. Either way, I don't foresee this country making it in its present form past medium term (10-20 years, if that) and it doesn't matter who is elected.

I dont have an issue sending abortion back to the states but Trump/SC (3/6 he nominated) need to be consistent in sending everything not enumerated back to the states...

You cant federalize a COVID response (unemployment/CDC's power grab, for example) and talk about sending abortion back to states without talking out of both sides of your mouth

Haven't they been pretty consistent in that?

Forgetting and moving on? You and I have two very different experiences with women

Friday night I was sitting around a firepit with a bunch of millennials and of course politics was being discussed, not once was abortion brought up by the girls or guys. It was an interesting listen and my guess is at least 1/2 of them will vote for Harris.

Who wants to tell him WHAT exactly?

Trump voters are not INFLUENCED by Trump. Rather voters support Trump because he supports what they already believe. I don’t know many people who have changed their opinions on anything because of Trump.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? That last paragraph is pure comedy.

2020 was a huge federal power grab. Disingenuous to say "let the states decide" for non enumerated items after that....

Im ok with states deciding abortion but let's be consistent that's all...

The more likely scenario is Trump figured out what they believed and sold them on the idea that he believes it too

Explain please. I remember the Trump administration pretty much being hands off in 2020 and not assuming power over the covid lockdowns and other ridiculousness. Now if you want to talk about 2021 onward then yes I agree Biden's mandates were a huge federal power grab and slowly (it takes time) the courts are turning most of those back.

Which would of course be exactly what politicians have done since at least the time of Ancient Rome 😂. I harbor few illusions regarding the sincerity of ANY politician 😉
So you should stop acting like he's any different or really cares what you believe. He doesn't

You federalized a state function in unemployment, you federalized a lot of the medical oversight, the CDC got a huge power grab. The feds waived around printer press $$$$ and the states gave up power....

2020 was an absolute massive federal power grab. Yes, 2021 said hold my beer but 2020 was a grab unlike anything since the 60s...

If I have given any indication that I believe otherwise, I do apologize. I have tried to make clear that i do not like the man at all. I Just view him as the person most likely to implement policies in line with my political philosophy. I know that many voters are in a cult of personality regarding Trump. Inane not a member myself

I’m not sure it should be labeled as “fake outrage”. I’ve been pretty clear about media manipulation & liberal privilege . But keep that BDE in support of White Doug and Beta Males.

The fact that you're "outraged" over the Emhoff abuse allegations and then whistle past the graveyard and support Trump despite his actual and alleged abuse of multiple women is on brand for you. The fact you don't see the hypocrisy speaks to the size of your partisan blinders. Please lecture me more about liberal privilege when you've just given a pass to Trump simply because he represents your favorite political flavor.

The 'beta male' dig looks a lot like deflection and projection.

The fed bump in unemployment wasn't federalizing it they just added to it. I agree that was absolutely stupid.
What power did the CDC gain? I don't recall the CDC being granted any enforcement or regulatory authority.
I do believe you are seriously reaching here, I remember the talking heads and even blue state governors/senators/representatives criticizing Trump for NOT asserting federal control over lockdowns and movement between states. They were begging him to assume more federal control and he didn't.

You said he supports what you support but the truth is he claims whatever gets him a vote. Maybe you believe in things like massive govt spending/debt and ineffectual leadership over the executive branch. Of so then I apologize
