Family of Woman Brutally Raped And Murdered By Illegal Migrant Reacts to Kamala Harris' claims in Fox News interview
The family of
Rachel Morin, who was allegedly raped and murdered by an illegal migrant, has slammed
Kamala Harris after she admitted that the death 'should not have occurred'.
The Vice President made the remarks during an interview with
Fox News, where she was grilled about the impact of her administration's immigration policies.
Journalist Bret Baier brought up the cases of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, 22-year-old Laken Riley, 22, and Morin, 37, who were all allegedly killed by illegal migrants.
Harris said there was 'no question' the cases were tragic, but argued that the
Democrats had attempted to pass a border security bill which was defeated by the
GOP.
But her explanation was rejected by Morin's mother, Patty Morin, who pointed out her daughter's death took place well before the bill would have come into force.

'Vice President Harris had one job—secure our border—and she fell asleep at the switch,' Patty Morin said.
'The fact is, the Biden-Harris Administration rolled back border policies that would have prevented a flood of illegal immigrants, including the man who murdered my daughter.
Patty Morin hit out at the Vice President and said her daughter would still be alive with tighter border controls in place.
