Recruiting Football Talk VIII

That would make sense, we had a family of raccoons about a month ago on the trail cam that went from a momma and 5 babies to a momma and 4 babies. Also have a bobcat, 2 foxes, and 2 coyotes on the trail cam.
Surprised, and saddened that happened.

Also that you and you're family aren't sellin' fur on the side.

Yeah my son has already tried to talk me into letting him kill the bobcat and the fox with his crossbow. Bolts and broad heads cost slot more than rifle ammo so that's a negative........that and if he misses and they come in the blind with us we are screwed. Ill end up taking them with my 243 if I see them again.

I wish we would hire this guy.

I think he has a NFL future. Despite the injury concerns he looked like a hell of a player this year. So explosive and violent. His age and injury history are concerns. But based on pure physical gifts and play he's a NFL player. Through the early part of this season I think he was the best linebacker we've had since Jerod Mayo.

Unless they were a nuisance I'd be inclined to let a small game predator like those slide. Unless you are hunting furs. Coyote I'd take out no questions. Shows you have a great habitat though.

Well my daughter has 2 cats, used to have 3, fox got one so I really don't want her to lose anymore. Up till last year I wouldn't have worried about them, well except for the coyotes. I will always kill one when I have the opportunity. I am very fortunate to be here on the farm, it is really a blessing.

Fair enough but you do realize Georgia gave up 31 points at home to a 1-5 Mississippi State team. While Texas allowed only 13 points to the same Mississippi State team.

Transitive property doesn't work in sports. Just this year South Carolina beat Kentucky on the road 31-6. Then Kentucky beat Ole Miss on the road 20-17. Based on those results you would think South Carolina would handle Ole Miss at home. Yet they lost 27-3 a few weeks ago.

Use this type of logic at your own peril. I personally think Georgia beats Texas this Saturday.
