Watch,, it!! Health, exercise etc.

I don't know if this interests anybody, but I went to a car show last year where you dress like it's the 80's (RADwood). I'm planning to go back and gradually I remembered things about what I personally wore. I find that Casio still makes certain 1980's watches dirt cheap, and I guess the calculator watches really say "80's schtick" to me. I struggled to remember what kind of watch I wore in the 80's. I had TI calc watch while still in high school, and I have no idea where I got the money. They're obscure today. I know later I had a watch with both digital and analog displays on the same watch.

I had no idea people still made this stuff nor why. I don't suppose I'll be buying one but seeing the ol' TI sure brought back memories. I did not initially remember what kind I had.

I had several Casio Databanks. It's sort of the OG of OG (original Geek) watches. If someone has some old school databanks, chances are we can be friends. They still make them, but most of what they call "databanks" now are just calculator watches and not the same thing.

Also per the watch discussion..... previous..I have just about settled on my low tech Orange and Black scheme....

Settled on Seiko 5 SRPH33, has a nice true orange lume. Pairing with the black tread LT for band....but my treads both came from China...given strike I may see them in 6 months.... or after ww3

That's sweet!

New bedding, drinking more water, going to bed earlier, exercising, dieting, meditation etc. Had 3 of 5 nights with a sleep score of 75 or higher, then 4 nights skraight at 75 or higher. Couldn't wait to see my score this morning and get muh badge.

74.

Lol.
Did you ever drop your home thermostat? Sees like you posted about that right after you got back from Ohio.

You literally plug yourself into a ground in your electric outlet. Supposedly same effect of walking barefoot outside. I got the wrist strap but they also sell mats you put on your bed. Watch the video above. I haven't made up my mind yet one whether it's legit or hippie science.
That's fun right up to the time you realize that someone tied a common into the ground circuit in your house. Take video and post it when you do this.

Behr, you told me there is a screen protector on this watch right?
I'm thinking as I'm typing.

I had one on it and i don't remember if I took it off or not before I sent it to you. I rember asking you what you wanted me to do and you didn't answer.

Let me see if I can find the conversation.

I fount that box last night. It was driving me crazy.

Inspecting this watch I found a small scratch on the screen protector. The screen itself is still perfect. I have an extra new protector I can install it for you before I send it, but if you can live with the scratch I'll just send you the extra protector to use later if you need it.

I'm pretty sure I left it on and sent you the spare.

Well, the protector/crystal is cracked. I will try and peel it off here in a little bit to see if it's the protector.
If you didn't hit it too hard it's just the protector, thank goodness it was on there. I hate scratches and obviously even worse if the screen actually gets cracked.

Did you see the extra one in the box?

I did. Thank you!
It's easy to install.

It's an absolute pain in the ask to install it perfectly. Lol.

Tips.

You need as much light as possible.

Make sure the watch screen is clean and free from any lent.

If you have a spray bottle lightly mist the protector, it will allow you to move it around to get it as centered as possible.

It'll have bubbles and look like crap until it seats and dries (several hours).

I've done it many times. Had a good friend redo my trunk not long after I moved and drive in a 6 foot plus copper rod deep for a ground. I also have a device I use that checks my currents for other reasons..... Alot of people are doing the grounding thing, unless someone has severely messed up your wiring it's absolutely safe, and chances are you'd already know it the first time you plugged in a three prong device. With all that said I stopped because I dunno that I am sold on it's usefulness, and the wire was annoying. My Doctor is big on it though.

@Souce

You still have your 4 Classic? I believe you have an S23plus phone too?

You should have or are about to get a big update with some AI stuff. Pretty cool. I don't remember if it includes energy score or not. Was just curious.
