Nico absolutely got bored the last 2 drives he was in...I think he is sick of teams dropping everybody no matter the down and distance. He is sick of throwing 3 yard outs and handing off.

If that's the case, he needs to learn to keep his head in the game and take what the defense gives. That one major principle of the offense he is in: "Pressure them with scheme, then exploit their choices."
