The best team that Colorado ever had (the 1990 national co-champs) tied the Vols in the Pigskin Classic kickoff game in Anaheim. 26-26. We really should gave won that game. We had 2 FGs blocked and the game clock ran out on us on the final play at their 14 when our back didn't get out of bounds.

Without stretching the truth at all, that Vols team could have finished undefeated. Our 2 losses were each literally decided on the final play of the game, as did that tie against the eventually national co-champ.

SEC champs, we beat UVA in the Sugar Bowl.

Enrollment has skyrocketed
University has made crazy amount of 💰

Long- story short: colorado was literally rock bottom in every category imaginable with their football program, now they are in a better situation. If and when he leaves, they literally cant be worse off than they were before.

Do you really think that money will still be flowing in? And once the circus is gone who is going to come to watch after the mercenaries transfer out?

What coach is going to come in behind all that and take on the mess that was left for him?

When he leaves it could certainly be worse.

Which side of AIRPORT are you on. We are in the glide path now more than ever since they extended that runway. In BEAUTIFUL Rockford.

Guard training weeks are a bit loud here.,


Edited to add, pretty sure they just flew over and are circling back around from five minutes earlier.

I'm in Seymour on the Blount Co side.

They just flew back headed toward the stadium. I think they'll fly over 1 or 2 more times. It's 2 of them. Look like fighters.

They flew directly over Rockford.

Majors passed, rushed, was a return man, punted, and played defense too. I don't know if he kicked PATs, but I'd he surprised if he couldn't do it. Different era.

Hornung averaged 36 rushing yards a game for his entire career with the Packers he's only in the HOF because he played for Lombardi

I was just interested because a team with a losing record has a Heisman Trophy winner.

As for the award I don't get caught up in awards that are media driven. Nico balling out this season will assure the media driving his Campaign next season.

Maybe a little premature to label our game with NC St as a gimme. We haven’t seen what we may look like yet, and first game can be unpredictable.

How soon in the 1st quarter does some idiot post “ Is Nico overrated? “. You know it’s coming it may be in the FF game thread instead of RF but it’s coming at some point. Lol
