What are your thoughts on alcohol use and atorvastatin? I've been taking this statin for about 2-3 months and my last bloodwork showed an increase in my liver enzymes. should I be concerned? I go next week for another round of bloodwork.

Only if the liver enzymes continue to go up.
My ALT is 5% above the upper limit of normal. But it has stayed at that same level for 15+ years.

I drink alcohol every week with no change.

I seriously think that it became elevated in the Tennessee Dark Ages of awful coaches and horrible ADs. I expect it to normalize soon.
