Nashville vs Atlanta would quickly absorb the Vols vs SlimeDawgs energy, imo. But they prolly would ruin it and put them in the other league. I'm going Nashville every time.
I think you are underestimating how many Braves fans there are in the southeast. They run the region and that’s not going to change.

I do gather that the Braves are the most popular team in TN followed by the Cards. I have actually been to a few Braves games long ago, but I am against all things Georgia.
There are quite a bit of Reds fans. I would actually say the Reds would probably be the #2 team in the state.

Chicago was actually smart by not dumping Crochet to a contender. Let Crochet start rest of season and prove he can make 25 to 30 starts . His value will be more in off season than presently.

Detroit should never trade Skubal sign him to a nice contract and let him be the ace of young up and coming staff.
Yep, great young pitching is hard to come by. Smart moves by both organizations.

I always said I only follow the BaseVols. I don't know anything about MLB. 🤣 I just join in because you guys are fun.
Well in the 90s specifically, the Braves were the class of the NL. Just couldn’t break through in the World Series except for 1995. They were also nationally broadcast on TBS so they actually have quite a large national following. The top 10 most popular teams nationally in no particular order would probably be:

Yankees
Red Sox
Dodgers
Cubs
Giants
Cardinals
Braves
Blue Jays
Tigers
Rangers

Just saw Deadpool & Wolverine in theaters. Man what an entertaining movie. The “Merc with a Mouth” and Logan do not disappoint. Raunchy, funny, TONS of action, great cameos, constantly bashing Marvel and Disney even though they are in a Marvel Studios movie, love the breaking of the 4th wall, and my goodness I will never hear *NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye” the same ever again 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Just all around I think they nailed this movie. It’s exactly what Marvel needed after their run of lackluster movies post-End Game. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman looked like they had a lot of fun making that movie and their chemistry together is off the charts. They truly are brothers separated at birth. Sometimes there are actors that are just meant for certain roles and those two play those characters better than anyone I could imagine. Bravo gentlemen 👏

Little known fact. I saw Maddux pitch once in a late 90s playoff game. My only MLB game. Sheer luck.
