Keith Olbermann calls for MLB to 'confiscate' Cardinals franchise as he Accuses them of Trump Celebration

The St. Louis Cardinals caught the attention of social media over the weekend when they seemingly performed a home run celebration in homage to former President Trump.

Cardinals designated hitter Alec Burleson was trotting around the bases after a long home run against the Atlanta Braves, and he and his teammates in the dugout put one hand over their right ears and put a fist in the air.

It led to speculation that it was a tribute to Trump, who was wounded in an assassination attempt at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. However, Cardinals veteran Matt Carpenter denied after the game it was a tribute to Trump, telling the St. Louis Post-Dispatch it was "definitely not a political statement."

Olbermann is truly ready to be shown his special padded room at the funny farm for life.
I can't believe they let morons like this to run loose & make big stupid fools of themselves.

He is a total lunatic. He’s mentally and emotionally very unstable.

Okay. So, let me get this right, he's okay other than he asked someone to give a speech? If he wouldn't have done that than you would vote for him?

So the biggest and worse thing about him is he asked someone to give a speech.

BTW you expressed your hatred of him way before the convention.

Again, I think you need to be honest here, I don't think you are being honest.
Regarding that last sentence; I mean, he’s openly expressed that Irl, he doesn’t tell his friends his real political views, he doesn’t like guns even though he shot trap in high school or college (don’t remember), but he has friends that own guns that he could rely on if needed (but he isn’t truthful with said friends so he can use them…basically). So yeah, not being honest on a message board isn’t much of a stretch, if in fact what he has stated in the past is factual. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yup. I'm not saying he was perfect, I would say he was generally trying to get out of most of this nonsense.
But that's not true. We were fighting all over the place bc of ISIS. Afghanistan was still a thing. He went on the offense in Iran, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq. It's a bs story. We were committed everywhere when he was POTUS.

WTH is wrong w/this imbecile ..... no really? Can't stop w/the lying.
He's not impressing anyone w/this constant BS. The worse POTUS EVER.

We're a banana republic masquerading as a world bank. I can't make sense of any of this, he didn't want to run for President.... now he is running for President.

If someone said this guy had a stroke yesterday, I would probably believe them. Probably juice him up to the point of a stroke.

In the big picture, I didn't see him as the problem. He did the Afghanistan deal to get us out, so thumbs up there. Syria is the one... meaning the troops were still there and he approved a bombing. Iraq isn't an easy one either, meaning a full withdraw needs to happen but its probably similar to Afghanistan i.e. collapse so basically we need to be out of there.

Just my two cents.

So he got us out of Afghanistan. After he was POTUS. This whole "he wasn't starting wars" is starting to sound very weak. Because it is. He even helped Ukraine.

I would say generally disagree, not perfect but as far as any President staying out of the way... best since Reagan (who I could probably nitpick as well).

Yes, I think its best we get out of all these places.

So he was trying to keep us out of "nonsense" while he was blowing **** up in Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Yemen. Well ok. Sounds logical

As I mentioned, as a generalization. Do I think service men died while he was in charge, yes. Would have it been better for him to move quicker on getting out of Iraq in particular, yup. In Iraq, preparation need to be made for a full collapse though. Reversing Bush years sucks.

So then you would agree the narrative that he kept us out of war is false? A big ass lie?

He reversed obviously on Afghanistan, but no I would not say we weren't at war. As a generalization, I would say most view it as anti-war although I not sure those are the correct words.

I don't view him as a neocon, that's why they would rather him die... well one of the reasons.

Cards need to give Keith an “ash shampoo”
