I didn’t buy it either.. there was a lot of excitement with Obama (I never voted for him.. but other people were excited ).. people were like meh with Biden.. didn’t make a whole lot of sense

I say this all the time .... Russia was in the Donbass region of the Ukraine during Trump's presidency. It was only expanded since.

And there was a border crisis, while Trump was President. He pledged to build new stretches of border wall and it didn't happen.

Trump also botched the handling of COVID. He was a very ineffective President.

'Constantly' is a pretty broad brush. Another thing you are saying though is that Biden has hired all the right people from the get go relative to what Trump did.
