Trump Assassination Attempt(s)

I have not seen the contract she signed. Do you have a link?

So? That doesn't mean it is right in either case.

And just shows how ridiculous our country has gotten. "I'm offended... I'm going to get you fired..."

I'm all for proportional consequences.

What, in your opinion, would be "proportional?"

Trump Shooter used Gaming Site that features Presidential Assassination Game

Trump shooter Thomas Crooks posted an ominous comment that appeared to foreshadow his attack on the former president on the gaming platform Steam – which features an assassination game.

Crooks, 20, wrote in a post earlier this month, "July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds."

The chilling details were disclosed late Wednesday to senators in an all-member briefing.

Trump shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks used gaming platform Steam, which featured the presidential assassination game Mr. President. There is no evidence he played the game. (AFP handout/Steam)

The game's protagonist, Dick "Rock-Hard" Johnson – "the best bodyguard money can buy" – is sworn to protect "the most hated presidential candidate of all time Ronald Rump," the game's description reads.

This is by far the largest gaming platform on Windows that features tens of thiusands of titles. That's like saying someone had an Xbox Live account, which features a game called Hitman.

You are clueless.

Ha! I wondered where you wandered off to but you come in hot with the lunacy. I thought you got turbo’d. Keep stirring the pot Woody!
I do stir, but I also tell the truth when it should be told. My style, in doing so, chokes some people.

I am not going to say complete. But its a low roof, with almost no pitch to the target. The bullets were going down but at a very slight angle. From what I can tell, all the hits happened in basically a 2-3 foot range downfield.

Of course, they're basically not giving out information, which would be strange for a town that size not to be giving information and asking the public for information - Even if it didn't involve Trump.

They're still busy making up the fictional story.

You mean it chokes people up laughing at your loony takes. I agree on that.
Those who laugh at the truth, either love lies. Or are infected with a vital missing part. You see;
A smile starts on the lips, a grin spreads to the eyes, a chuckle comes from the belly; but a good laugh bursts forth from the soul.
Those who lack a soul, as well as love lies, proudly laugh at the truth. Worst yet, they don't care. Self-deception does that to those willfully ignorant, and arrogant about it.

Even I admit, I can be crazy as a loon. But I still tell the truth. It's OK. I know people like the truth only when it is in their favor, or denigrates those they don't like.

You’re hilarious. We are not a democracy. Period.
The way I would phrase it is that we are a Republic that utilizes Representative Democracy (ie indirect democracy).
Ironic that the party that claims to defend democracy is the one currently trying to oust the candidate that the voters selected from their own ticket don’t you think 😳

And other reports say he borrowed the gun from his dad on the day of the shooting. People are just making things up as they go.
My guess is that it was his dad's gun, but his dad doesn't use it often and didn't know it was missing.

It is a little odd to me though that the dad went from thinking his son went to the range on that saturday morning to calling police concerned about his son's whereabouts later in the afternoon. Clearly they knew something was up leading into that day or perhaps saw something that raised alarm bells. Even 20 year olds who live at home are typically independent enough that being "missing" for like 8 hours isn't even noticeable to parents.

If my 20 year old was a home body, introverted and socially awkward, I would be concerned bc it would be out of his normal routine. I would text first, then call to check in. If that was unsuccessful, I might go looking or call the police.
Of course we don't know if Crooks was those things or if his father would have same instinct as me, but i think it's worth consideration.
