really wasn't much - said he tried and will try again to call Trump. said no excuse for political violence and everyone, everyone has to lower the heat. was asked if he thought it was an assassination attempt and said he had an opinion but would wait for the facts to come in.

I prefer it was staged, we don't need another assassination in the USA. Gun crime is already beyond any level of sense as it is. I may not like Trump, but this level of senselessness, no words for it. Why would folks think it staged? Considering the angle of the shot, someone should have been hit by the bullet other than Trump. There was a bystander death, perhaps this was where the bullet went. That said, I'm not surprised some nitwit would do this.

Now, I bet some crazed MAGA nut will try the same with Biden. Today's polarizing and widespread gun availability all but guarantees it.

I wouldn’t care if this were Joe Biden, this is a disgusting time for me. I was very young when the attempt was made on Reagan and this is complete craziness imo.
The American political system is in shambles and has been for a while.
Someone lost their life, an innocent person, simply for their political beliefs and that is unbelievable to me.

One source with video saying shots came from 1200 yards out on top of a building. That’s a long way and could explain why the snipers might not have noticed the shooter. The video looks like the guy was hit almost as he took the shot.

Don’t watch that if you’re squeamish. It’s nasty

Trump spoke at Millington Airport a few years back and I knew a good number of people there from my days auditing them. I remember all the stuff about off site rooftops back then.

Something is not adding up here....

That seems to be the profile, but there are several unanswered questions about some like Lincoln, Kennedy......
