Might have if he hadn't trusted his greedy leeches, assuming he was not in cahoots with the money diversions into their own pockets. Which is possible as his sleaze is well-known.

I get what you’re saying, but in the short term snapshot the border was being addressed with a remain in Mexico policy and barriers/walls to mitigate unfettered illegal entry in the last administration. It should have been addressed long ago aside from just deportations and a shrug 🤷 of the shoulders. We’re past the tipping point now. To regain control will take a monumental effort in terms of money, manpower, policy and a recognition by all that the current situation is in no way beneficial to this country or its citizens. We need immigrants, particularly those committed to bettering their lives, but we need an orderly immigration policy and system to be adhered to by everyone. The last three years unraveled any work that was done before.

Splitting hairs and using “percentages” to support your bias. You refuse to look at it in the totality because you know what it reveals. So, you deflect by invoking an “academic” approach and overthinking what is very simple to understand.

Nonsense.
The BLM protests which turned into riots were abhorrent and there were far to many of them.
My wish was that everyone who rioted be caught, prosecuted, and punished.

But I also realize that they were in a tiny minority. That the vast majority of BLM protests and protestors were completely law abiding and peaceful.

I knew that the tiny % of turds who used the protests as cover to riot would give the rightwing propaganda machine all the fuel they needed to convince their mindless consumers that the movement was violent...... "big city urban" wink and a nod.

The exact same thing that Trump supporters would say if the situation were reversed.

Breaking windows, attacking cops, armed members in combat gear and single file forcing their way into the Capitol. Taking and destroying equipment of the media recording the event, shouting their desire to hang the vice President, yelling for Nancy P. so they found and assault her. And after the event, lie, lie, lie about it being peaceful and not a coup attempting riot.

There were more 1/6 protesters that never entered the Capitol or had confrontations with law enforcement. So, by your using “percentages” as the gold standard to determine level of severity…you tell me. Did BLM write checks to help rebuild the minority owned businesses and others their participants destroyed to the tune of $2+ billion, or did they just look the other way?? I mean, we can do this all day. Yes, the ones that entered the Capitol and were destructive should have been arrested and gone to jail. They have.

They are a pathetic Cult of Personality, who stands for nothing but the unconditional love, devotion, support and defense of Donald Trump.
