Zelensky declared martial law, because Ukraine is under an active Russian invasion.

Elections cannot be held under martial law per the Ukrainian constitution.

It's really not that hard (for most people) to comprehend.

If you are really this concerned about them holding elections, then you'd be calling for Russia to remove their soldiers from their internationally-recognized territory, and stop murdering them, so they can end martial law.

I think Russia should have taken the L after the breakup of the Soviet Union. It is peculiar though that Putin, um, "Annexed" part of Ukraine 10 years ago and no one really batted an eye. He then a couple years ago pushed from the east for more territory and I don't agree with that, though I really don't care at the end of the day. I'm aware of the history there and how the Ukrainian people got absolutely f'd by the communists, and of course the Holodomor. My hatred is of the Ukrainian government because they are some of the most corrupt people in the world and they have ties to the current, and a former president.... Peculiar situation....
