Ryan McGee, Woody Paige, and Andraya Carter have all been highly vocal and ambassadors on TV in their support for UT at times. Glad to see Ron Slay and Dane carrying the torch for UT hoops too. They all represent the university well and aren’t too obviously biased but people know who they root for.

Finebaum is the exception that he has no allegiance to UT.

Apparently some top 100 players are considering sitting out their senior year so to not risk injury and/or effect their market value through injury…

Kirby Smart talked about this recently and said he wouldn’t recruit any athlete that sits his senior year

I understand both perspectives, btw the rumor is Juju Lewis the QB out of Carrollton GA is thinking about doing this and it pissed off Kirby lol

Going back to 2002, the last 22 National Champions had the following rankings:

• Top 25 in adj. efficiency margin (AKA KenPom ranking)
• Top 57 in adj. offensive efficiency (21 if you remove 2014 Uconn)
• Top 44 in adj. defensive efficiency
• Top 54 in Strength of Schedule Adj. Efficiency Margin

If history repeats itself, either Houston, Uconn, Purdue, Auburn, Arizona, Tennessee, UNC, Creighton, Marquette, or Michigan State will win the title.

If I was an Auburn fan, I would be livid too.

Receiving a 4th seed in the toughest region and being sent to small market Spokane, WA, where travel is more difficult, regardless of distance. They deserved a 3 seed at least.

These conference tournaments don’t mean squat. It’s similar to how we were screwed out of a deserved 2 seed two seasons ago.

The whole thing about that stat is there's cut off to it. That's why he's the only one that has us out.

I didn’t jump on you for your opinion, try again. Gloating is never “necessary”. A little humility goes a long way, but I guess painting yourself as a poor victim because everyone is “attacking” you is easier.

It’s called discussion….. you are being ridiculous with your viewpoint…. Have you ever made a positive prediction? Predicting us to fail is an easy choice bc it always has a much higher probability of coming true.

I think they've tried everything. This is it. Coaches, sports psych, teammates and family can only do so much. He has so much support. He either finds it in himself or he doesn't.

why do we continue to trot him out there if he struggles like that? Couldn’t we use him as the 1st or second guy off the bench? Kind of like in 2019 with JG, he struggled starting but played well coming in 2nd or third drive
