An egregiously awful performance with a lot at stake. I often say that the NCAA tournament is a crapshoot most of the time, but today is the kind of opportunity where you can make your own luck.

We aren’t taking that opportunity, and we’re going to get a tougher path as a result.

The narrative will be "TN should not even be a 2 seed. They've had a total collapse at the end of the season. Fool's gold."

I hate the talking heads, the NCAA, and the SEC.

AND I HATE ALABAMA TOO!!

Were there some missed foul calls? Yes. But trying to blame this on officiating is lazy and dumb. It's NOT the officiating. We couldn't make freaking baskets. If we don't start making freaking baskets in the second half, this will really get embarrassing. Gotta score, and gotta defend. We've barely done either.

Defense is getting shredded inside, yet we will not change what we’re doing. We need to go to a zone and force them to shoot it from outside, which they do not want to do. Barnes won’t change though. He stuck in his way on his defense, and we are getting obliterated because of it.

Barnes knew he would get this officiating crew, but, still runs the same O that leads to this mess? They know the Adams crew never calls fouls for physical body blows, just hacks and even then not against our oppnents. Pitiful game plan by the coaching staff. Just as pitiful shooting and mental preparation by the players.

As I said after the UK game, I don't see the alphas we need to go far in the dance. The psyche of this bunch is fragile.

No it's not

Usually they respond. We've seen them handle adversity incredibly well all year. Except for right now.

Shooting is what is killing us... under 30% vs over 60%.

The first four minutes of the second we'll know for sure...... But they've dug a hole I don't see them getting out of at this point.

This is garbage basketball. Plain and simple.
