Trump is a autocrat wannabe. Have you and the rest of MAGA not grasped that by now? Did you not catch his comments about Orban the other day? He likes autocrats--likes that that can do what they want, completely---strong arm people, arrest and jail critics, shut down opposition.
Trump doesn't know $hit about NATO or anything else--he's a total ignoramus about everything. But the fact that he's got this bug up his butt about NATO is proof positive that he's a Putin stooge. And it has nothing to with EU countries boosting their defense spending---that's just his cover. Putin's wet dream has been to break up NATO--and now it's been strengthened.
That a U.S. president--or in the gangsters case now, an ex-president--would have such a negative view of NATO--a bedrock of our foreign policy--makes him a serious security threat, as does the fact that he's a corrupt businessman, as does the fact that he now owes huge sums of money and has accepted money from foreign sources in the past.
He's clearly a stooge for Russia and Putin--no doubt in part because Russian mafia have bought a lot of his condos (laundering dirty money) and in doing so have helped bolster his business. His son has said as much in the past. He's also long tried to get trump-branded hotels/condos in Moscow--with others fronting the construction money, of course. He was //fervently// trying to get a deal in Moscow right up to the '16 election. Trump lied and said he'd stopped trying to do a deal in Moscow with Putin a year before the election. But Cohn, his former right-hand man and lawyer, said he was lying and has published email traffic between him and Trump showing that Trump was badgering him to get a deal done up until days/weeks before the election.
Notice how the gangster is always praising Putin and that fat Hungarian pariah, Viktor Orban--but he never has anything positive to say about our many allies in Europe, starting with Britain? Strange? Uh, yea. Doesn't want to help Ukraine when it is obviously and strongly in America's interest, and the interest of Europe, to help Ukraine win this war. Trump is the new Neville Chamberlain--and who doubts that Trump would take money from an American enemy if he needed it--which he does. MAGA are determined to ignore how deeply corrupt the man is.
Trump is also the perfect mark for Putin--a former KGB man. He's a corrupt, narcissistic businessman who has spent his entire life trying to be a big shot or to show people that he's a big shot. He's also completely ignorant and naive about foreign/geopolitical affairs. U.S. social media was infested with Russian propaganda/bots in the runup to the '16 election--most definitely played a role in the election. FACT. I'm sure Putin reminded the gangster of that fact during their meetings. Trump would never admit it, of course--going so far as to make a fool of himself in Helsinki when he stood up at a press conference and said that Putin had told him he hadn't meddled in our election and that he believed him--despite the fact that our intelligence agencies had made it clear to him for weeks/months that Russia had meddled. One of the most embarrassing/disgraceful moments in the history of the presidency. So he's the PERFECT stooge/mark for a sinister man like Putin--and Putin certainly has been playing him. There's no doubt about that--and Trump's views on NATO are proof.
You called me out 3-4 times in the past day, including a couple of times at 1-2 AM.That seems to be a common theme among his cult as well ....

Trump Confuses Biden With Obama, Again—Here Are 8 Other Recent Times
During a campaign rally Saturday night, Trump appeared to mix-up Obama with Biden, again.www.forbes.com
Not naming names ( such as @Orangeburst ), but some VolNation posters simply can't come to terms with the established fact that Donald Trump has frequently confused Biden with Obama recently .... and that Trump has done it so many times now, that it can't be excused as having "misspoke."
You called me out 3-4 times in the past day, including a couple of times at 1-2 AM.
I admitted Trump mispeaks and for some reason you want me to acknowlege something else, but I certainly dont value your opinion or need your confirmation for anything. I have criticized Trump several times and dont care for several of his characteristics, but you and your weird rants. You posted lies and I called you out, and here you are a day later still arguing, just like the rings of a binder. Bizarre and like a child.
Regardless, I am done with you and your rants.
You claimed that Trump's confusing Obama for being the current President was a lie .... and it wasn't. He has done it many times now recently. I have proven that in several different posts. You called me out 3-4 times in the past day, including a couple of times at 1-2 AM.

LOL, so, you scrutinize a republican the same you do as a democrat? You claimed that Trump's confusing Obama for being the current President was a lie .... and it wasn't. He has done it many times now recently. I have proven that in several different posts.
Also, you are confirming my whole point.
There is a double standard between how Republicans/Trump supporters react to Trump's gaffes vs how they react to Biden's gaffes. You have even done it in this latest post. When Trump makes a mistake, such as mixing up Biden and Obama, you say that he just "misspeaks," but whenever Biden does such a thing, you imply that it's a symptom of dementia. It's a clear double standard.
Not on everything .... and you are free to point those times out.LOL, so, you scrutinize a republican the same you do as a democrat?
I think it's the totality of their demeanor. Biden scripted and screws up, reads pause cues from the prompter, looks fragile walking the border. Not on everything .... and you are free to point those times out.
On the particular issue of these two old men being diminished and making gaffes when they speak (as men their age are prone to doing), there is a double standard on the part of Republicans which excuses Trump but labels Biden senile.
More than anything, I think it's partisanship. Biden looks frail .... but Trump is overweight, and looks terrible.I think it's the totality of their demeanor. Biden scripted and screws up, reads pause cues from the prompter, looks fragile walking the border.
Trump, imo, is making about the same types of blunders as Biden did last year on the campaign trail. Physically they're night and day.
