You can have it in your world, no biggie. I just dont like a basketball player logo on a football uniform, even if it is an iconic logo. I'd rather have the logo of Jalin hyatt that is similar to the jordan logo. . . but there is no branding of a logo like that. . .

Baseball is totally different than any other sport. It is so dependant on who is on the mound. It would be like having to use a different quarterback every week in football or only having your starting point guard once a week in basketball.
I mean our weekday pitchers are probably better than the small school's but pitching is the great equalizer in baseball.

Wet, sloppy conditions. Their junk ball pitchers caused us more trouble. A bit of bad luck at the plate because our guys hit a lot of line drives right at their guys. Played the day before and pounded it, so probably a lack of discipline or focus. Fortunately our pitching held up well for a midweek game.

We are a 1 seed now. No doubt.

If we lose Saturday and in the SEC tourney we won't be. If we win Saturday, then I have little doubt, if we lose Saturday but win the SEC tourney then I think we are a #1.

Kentucky is hitting on ALL cylinders offensively...they look nearly unstoppable on offense now, but they are probably due a clunker and hopefully we get one Saturday.

To win..we have to score big again on their crap defense, and conversely play great defense ourselves to at least cut into their scoring somewhat.

No letdowns...go get em Vols!

Avi going back to Rick Barnes. SEC Champs outright! What a basketball program he's built. I didn't think I could get too excited for the tournament again after coming up short so many times, but I'll happily do it again and take the inevitable heartbreak with gratitude.
