Inspired by KFC's new "Chizza" we had some leftover chicken and threw it on a quesadilla with mozzarella, marinara, and pepperoni. It was actually delicious. We eat a lot of quesadillas and have never thought to try it that way. Would have been good with some peppers and onions but we were out.
