About 4:30 into the game on DVR my first impression is the refs are letting their big get away with leans and even throwing a shoulder into the screen..... Seen about three already. That's a foul all day. He's also getting away with a lot of hands a push offs.

I hope we don’t play any SEC teams in the tourney…. be tough for teams to prepare for him having never seen him.

I have zero doubt 1, if not multiple, tourney teams will attempt this strategy of doubling DK consistently.

I also have zero doubt Barnes has been preparing for this for some time. As we saw tonight, it's no better for the opposing team. It's just the gamble they wish to take.

I think we'll be prepared regardless. Other guys just have to be ready...but I also foresee a further counterstrat, including quick picks high up top by Aidoo...Awaka...maybe others.

Beating the double-team before it even happens is the next step in the Meta.

Still a lot of time left. It’s not over.

No but it was concerning. But after getting home and watching the first 12:30 so far I understand why this was such a struggle in game. Nate O had his team ready to play just short of dirty to win. They wanted to push us around on both sides of the ball and for the most part the refs let them play differently. Alabama did get the home calls and then a few. Refs let Alabama get away with a lot so far.
