My pocket pit, Milton (he looks like a pit bull but is smol). Brought to my door as a lost puppy when I first moved to Georgia. I took him in and named him after an economist because I’m weird.

Our King Charles, Oliver. I don’t know who he’s named for. He was abandoned at my wife’s vet clinic and we “fostered” him until deciding to just keep him.

They’re good boys.

Milton is looking at me like he’s ready to have a long conversation about something complicated!

Who is Barnes losing after this season. JJJ, Santi and Dalton. I expect Jefferson to transfer. Am I missing anyone else? Could Cade be a guy that transfers or is it to early for him? He needs to get his weight up haha

I think the 4 bigs stay but we will have to up Aidoo's NIL. This came up on the basketball forum a few weeks ago. Aidoo got calls last offseason from every big basketball program, including UNC and Duke. He wanted to stay but we had to pay and we did. He's earned it. Small chance he tries to get drafted but if he finishes the season super strong he might, idk.

Jefferson seems to be fully invested in the team but he may never get the off-court stuff figured out here. He's trying but might not be able to stay (I think it's academics but don't quote me).

Dilione might get recruited over and/or transfer. We need a PG behind Zakai. Losing Edwards hurt a little bit imo and FD doesn't look smooth or trustworthy to run the offense. He's behind.

We definitely lose JJJ, Santi, and Knecht.

They sell out their basketball arena for volleyball home games. They have the highest volleyball attendance in the country, even if you take out the stadium game. They've led the country in average annual attendance since 2013. That wasn't a one-off event in anything other than magnitude.

Tennessee could try to do the same thing and would fail because the volleyball program hasn't built up a culture of success for a decade.

It is a really weird one-off situation...nobody cares about volleyball that much..the Cornsuckers are just absolutely starved for winners, and since they have absolutely zero in the sports that matter, they go all in on freaking volleyball.

I really really hope we go deep this year...because I think the Idiot Margin will be out in full force and loud next year as we take a probable step back..and if we get bounced quick this year, the nega-Barnes racket will get deafening next season.
