Guys I’m gonna kinda open up a bit here. Last April I suffered a supposed concussion. And I really haven’t been the same since. In July I started seeing static in my vision and ultimately it seems like I’ve developed something called Visual Snow Syndrome. There are no definitive treatments for it at this time. It’s been kinda hell living with it and trying to adapt to it. It’s exhausting. I won’t go into much more detail at what I have to put up with every day, but wonky visuals, no energy, and daily migraines are just the surface of it.

I just ask for prayers. In surviving but I miss living.
So sorry for this. Praying for relief.

When CRB retires (assuming he does so before he’s 80), we should hire CBP back.

Auburn will have him so locked down.... That said, it occurred to me last night that Barnes and Pearl have made each other better. Who woulda thought we'd finally see a Barnes team with a scorer and a Pearl team with elite D (and as a bonus playing each other at TBA)?

This off-season will be pivotal for Auburn/Pearl. He will be a hot commodity and NIL will weigh heavily in his decision. Will Auburn step up?

Rumor is both Michigan and Ohio State are inquiring.

What player(s) do you think are better than knecht?
I'm not necessarily saying better; but, Ron Slay was pretty damn good. He just got better and better every year he was a Vol; his SR year, he went off...21ppg, 8rpg/SEC POY.

Bernard and Houston are up there, too...along with Chris Lofton and Grant.

But, DK is the type of player who can carry us to a championship, I believe. A player like that is nothing but great.

Different eras of basketball being what they are, Bernard King playing in today's game would be almost unstoppable IMO. I love Knecht, but I don't think he's reached BK level.

I'm going to pull a Doc here being so late on the post but Knecht, IMO, is the best offensive player at Tennessee since Bernard King. He is an absolute force when he needs to be. I won't be shocked if he scores 50 in a game before the season is over.
I will agree with this. There have been other good players but King was amazing. Even the NBA studs couldn't slow him down.

I get it; however, and even I forgot to mention him in my previous post...imo, Ernie should ALWAYS be mentioned along with Bernard...not saying he was better than Bernard, but he was pretty damn great!!; he is right there beside all of those guys. He averaged 22 ppg for his career, along with 6.5 boards. His JR year, he averaged 25 ppg, 24 his SO year!!

Ernie was our original cold ass honkey.

But, yes, Weez...ultimately, Bernard is the greatest basketVOL we've ever had, imo.

I used to be a 'Cold Ass Honkey'. Now, I'm just a 'Broke Ass Honkey'
