Why is it when Tennessee is beating a team down or winning the game in ANY sport, never a word about officials.

Then when Tennessee is playing lousy and getting beat it's the officials fault 🧐
When we are getting the calls, it’s called “letting them play”
When the other team is benefiting from officiating malpractice, it’s called “dog 💩 officiating!”
You know how this works.

I am equal opportunity.

Even when we are winning, I am bitching about missed calls - even the ones that go in our favor! (Yes, it happens.)

I guess what bothers me is not that officials will sometimes miss a call, but they are so self-righteous about missing it, doling out punishment on anyone who calls them out for blowing a call. Suck it up, say "my bad," and get better at your job. Don't run a manager or "T" up a coach because you are bad at your job.

It never bothers me if we are given a gift of a bad call in our favor.

Oh, I get bothered, because I am dreading the inevitable phantom make-up call that will kill a drive, end a rally, or send ZZ to the bench with 3 fouls early in the 2d half.

I am also a rule follower by nature, so I just want them to get it right or own up to getting it wrong. (You know, kinda like I have to at my job, or, like everyone else in the world - at least the ones who don't work for the government.)

But yes, I agree that he has quietly become a star!!
I’d argue that it’s the best infield in baseball!
I think it is without a doubt the best infield in baseball. As far as position players go, the Braves have everyone in baseball beat. It’s the pitching that comes into question. We have average to above average pitching but that won’t get it done unless your offense is going to kill everyone else’s pitching in the postseason.

After seeing the modified field layout during game play, the changes are no where near as drastic a many assumed it would be. There was a lot of hand wringing about how small the foul ground area down the lines was going to be.

Much ado about nothing, IMO.

I think it’s pretty evident Moore, Amick, Tears, and Dreiling need to lead off the game. No particular order but those have been the best hitters to this point. I think it’s ironic I say to put Ensley at the bottom of the lineup and he starts hitting all the sudden lol

Better enjoy Dreiling this season, he is a draft eligible Sophomore..

As for Ensley, sometimes batting first puts too much pressure on a batter. Not very batter performs well hitting first.
