He has a ton of potential, but he gets bullied by physical play way too much.

The aggies are such a stupid lot. OK, if they insist, they didn't get a big win tonight.

One of the things that drives me crazy about football school fans cheering on basketball is that they don't effing understand basketball. Like, not at all. There's a reason the NBA plays 7. And while that applies to a lot of our own, we've been a two sport school for more of our history than most. Losses on the road happen in shooty hoops, even ones like this. It's the total body of work that matters and unfortunately we just came off two big wins. (I say unfortunately because dropping 103 in Rupp likely added an aura of invincibility that this team didn't need and contributed to tonight. Beating LSU was likewise something that added to that sense because they had this unstoppable offense we were warned about). TAMU, otoh, hates Barnes because he coached at Texas and their fanbase brought it from the beginning while our team had no reason to get extra motivated. They do now but now is too late.

I have a proud Dad moment y'all. Watching Open Range the other night and when Boss and Charlie find out Annette Benning was Doc's sister and not wife my 12 year old son says, with a straight face, if they're Bammers she's probably both. So proud of him.

Yep. I mean we finish out the season with TAMU, AU, Bama, SC and UK. There is a good possibility we lose either 4 of those or all of them.
