On a goaltend call, the ref blows the whistle, play stops, and two points are awarded, and the other team inbounds.

If they review that and find “no goaltending,” why are the refs assuming that, after the block, the play just would have resulted in no points for the offensive team?
That I can't answer, but what else cam they do?
Possession arrow? Jump ball?
 
The annual braindead offensive performance game is apparently today. It always comes when there’s something on the line too like an SEC Championship. Smh.
 
Yeah I don't think this is happening tonight. Can't rebound. Can't make shots. Can't defend the 3. I've not seen anything leading me to believe we can make the kind of run we need to get back in this game.

Winning on the road is hard against tough teams. It's a lot harder when you play like this.

I think the most frustrating thing is it's not typical to see us get our-worked.
