correct, Wellington is very nice. I always tell people moving to this part of Florida to pick a city anywhere west of I-95 but more to areas around the turnpike or west of turnpike because it's newer, nicer and hardly any crime. I unfortunately during my working career lived in so many cities in both South Florida and Central Florida and traveled all over Florida last 30 years so I know Florida like the back of my hand. So many great cities to live in depending on what your looking for. I lived in Doral for 15-16 years longest and I loved it until it became overcrowed and overbuilt so I moved to Tampa area first and then Orlando area but now it's getting as overcrowded as South Florida here too unfortunately especially after COVID and so many from the northeast or Midwest all fleeing to Florida. They can't build apartments and houses fast enough.

I got a bet with my savvy little 9 year old daughter...She took the Chiefs and I got the 49ers.If Cheifs win I have to wear an Alabama shirt for 24hrs n change all my profile pics ...If 49ers win she has to wear a Florida Gators shirt and do that ugly ass Gator chomp whenever someone ask a question or she needs to ask something lol..We just having some fun with it honestly...
