UGA’s QB is a current player. Nothing to do with recruiting. Nothing in rules says a current player can’t sign an NIL deal with a car dealership.

Marco trolls our fans. He's a cheap knockoff of the most hackneyed and rote American political-take garbage when he's doing his spiel. Wish he would do better. He could if he wanted to. He notices some worthwhile things sometimes when he's not playing himself on the internet and just posting.

The habitual and lazy evocation of "conspiracy" gives the game away.

Well..if you listened to what JH said...if I understood him correctly, they couldn't promise him the kind of money he needed to stay for another year because of some transfers they needed available money for..and specifically Nico.

So who would you rather have, JH or Nico? We obviously have finite resources that they have to work hard to allocate for the greatest good.

I didn't say we lost because of it. I said it's "one of the reasons we struggled." We lost because we missed FTs and layups that would have won us the game, like you said. We struggled because of what SC was doing. I do think the opponent deserves some credit there. They played well and had a good game plan. We served up the rotten egg to match it. That's basketball and it happens.

We will get them back in Columbia.

I was just musing about how people always look for reasons...SC plays good defense, and they slow the game down, and they are a fundamentally sound team...so you are right, and as I said in another post on the matter..It was going to be a low scoring game no matter what because of the things they do well.

But all that being said...we lost that game because of the things that went weirdly haywire in the paint and at the FT line, not so much because of anything they did other than to do what they do well..otherwise they lose anyway.
