He'd do great at a lower level P5 or G5 team. Impressed that he stuck around in Knoxville and got his degree. Should be a good sign going forward that the young talent is taking these starting jobs.

turnage and Burrell in the portal so far. McCullough graduating. Wesley Walker undecided but might not be back …

There will be some holes open for sure.

As Butch said…. opportunity is nowhere!

Wait…

We need Walker to stay imo.

I'm more concerned about safety. I think we will be fine at corner.

Wth is Turnage in the portal.

Makes zero sense. Now the coaches HAVE to play younger guys.

Lower in the pecking order and not certain which position he plays. He alternated between star and corner. Really good at star for one…then mediocre or below ever since.

How many QBs better than Kyle McCord are going to be in the transfer portal? This move reminds me of what Clemson did to DJ Uiagalelei.

I'd say its probably 50/50 but I get the point. Just thinking about ones we've seen recently:
Bru McCoy 📈
Velus Jones 📈
Donte Thornton (even)
Brandon Turnage 📉
Kamal Hadden 📉 then 📈
Lyn J Dixon 📉📉📉
Wesley Walker 📈
Andre Turrentine (even)
Omar Norman-Lott 📈
Juwan Mitchell 📉

There's probably some 📉 I'm missing because, well, they didn't play. This is also subjective I guess.
true, but a lot of those positive transfers did have proven production at their previous spot. Campbell was a starter, walker was All-ACC, Velus Jones had over 1k receiving yards at USC.

It’s subjective where you draw the line at what you might call “meaningful” production, but if a player isn’t good enough to get on the field in a back up role or in blowouts chances are it’s a more risky get

Going to the Citrus Bowl brings back bad memories of Spurrier saying "you can't spell Citrus without U.T." I was living in Orlando for five years and he beat us every year that I was there. Gator fans are extremely annoying.
